the center city in krytos is quite beautiful. there are tall appartment buildings and business offices with glass siding as well as many amazing restaurants and small shops. the streets are always busy, full of people selling and buying all kinds of things. center city is beautiful, especially during holidays when it's decked out in lights and ornaments. everything about center city is inviting: the food, stores, and the beautiful views. it's almost like a view from a movie, even though police patrol nearly every corner to make sure everything in the city is stable.

downtown krytos is the best place to go if you're on a shopping trip. there are cute botiques and fashionable stores everywhere. not only that, but the best places to stop and eat or play a round of bowling. downtown is always alive, night and day, with people who love to shop and hang out with friends. during the holidays, downtown krytos becomes even more of a bustling, social neighborhood in all of krytos. and for the artistic islanders, the art gallaries in downtown krytos are to die for. as are the cute flats that overlook the beautiful city.

uptown is the place to be when you want to go to a club, get intoxicated, and wake up the next morning in your own piss with arms wrapped around your waist that belong to someone you don't know. uptown is no place for kids or teens, the lighting is always low and music is blasting from every club, mixing on the streets in the worst combinations. inebriated people stumble through the streets even during the brightest hours of the day, asking for money to buy another beer. whore houses decorate the corners, and the sketchiest of sketchy people find uptown the best place to hang out. but there are always those few people, the lonly adults who never knew what to do with their lives, who find uptown a homey sort of place.

No New Posts UPPER VILLAGE

the upper village is a most beautiful place. mostly suburban, the village is on a tall hill overlooking the cities of northern krytos below. it's not a far journey to northern krytos, taking only a few hours by car or half a day by foot. most of the upper village homes are large, complete with ten bedrooms, two kitchens, and an olympic sized pool in the back. okay, most aren't quite that big, but they're all owned by wealthy islanders from north krytos who want good summer homes to get away from their work.

No New Posts LOWER VILLAGE

not quite as extravagant as the upper village, though just as wealthy, the people of the lower village try their hardest to live up to what the people in the upper village have. the lower village is more of an urban-suburban area, not quite a city, but not quite a small town. tightly packed cookie-cutter houses decorate the streets, and once you reach the main street, it has nearly everything, there are arcades, mini golf courses, sweet shops, and everything else you'd find at a boardwalk, minus the ocean.

No New Posts KANTANA VILLAGE

a small historical town in the south, kantana village is home to many farmers who grow food that is sent to the city to be sold. the village makes the most money out of the exports, and most villagers are farmers themselves, but artists and authors do find time to work here as well. kantana village is, after all, one of the most restful villages on the island, and there's always fun in seeing the old farming equipment in the museum in the center of the village.

No New Posts WARRENTOWN

warrentown is a small backwater town in krytos where nearly everything is locally owned, as opposed to the ever-present wal marts and starbucks' in the cities. it's a gorgeous village, though when you've lived there your entire life, it's hard to find too much to do. admittedly, it does get quite boring around here should you stay too long.

No New Posts SOUTHERN FORESTS

the southern forest is located at the most southern edge of the island. It's a beautiful forest full of deciduous trees that never lose their leaves because it never gets cold in these parts. the trees are spread out just enough so the sun filters through to the ground, giving everything a warm green glow. the forest can take a half a day to travel through, but the beaches on the other side are to die for.

No New Posts CERULEAN BEACH

the cerulean beach is the most beautiful beach around the island. the water sparkles when the sun hits it, and the contrast of the cyan water with the soft yellow sand is amazing. not to mention, only about half the island knows about the beach because of the long travel through the forest to get here, so it's never too crowded. just perfect.

No New Posts THE RAVINE

the ravine, as it is called, is a large quarry where islanders get their stone. it's quite the place, complete with caves and hideouts perfect for an imaginative child looking for some time to 'play pretend'. krytos school systems tend to send students here at least once in their educational experience to 'learn about rocks' or in other terms: have a good time. but the fun doesn't stop after elementary school, the ravine is the best place for any adventurous soul to explore.

No New Posts OCEAN AVENUE

ocean avenue is the place to be if you want a good vacation. sure it can get a bit crowded, but what beach doesn't? the small homes aren't bad for renting, especially when the back porch looks out at the sand dunes and the ocean. the beach gets pretty crowded by midday, so try and get there early, or after work at five for a nice afternoon tan.
