Once, long ago, we all lived in harmony. Everyone worked together to keep stability throughout the world; but, no matter how hard we worked, there wasn’t a single function that didn’t result in hostility. It was decided that our kind would leave the old civilization and create our own, where our magic was no threat to the humans of Earth. Without us, they moved forward into new times. They turned our existence into fables. We were forgotten as existing beings on earth—except on the island of Krytos where we were exiled.

Here on our island the fairytales you grew up hearing are true. We are those fairytales, living as we did before exile. Welcome to Krytos, where folklore is real.
